THE LEADERS
G.S. Verma
Chairman
Mr. G.S. Verma is an architect by profession, who completed his architecture in 1964. He learnt the ropes of the trade by working as an Associate Architect in Designwell, then working as a freelance architect and finally by establishing his own independent architectural firm after being encouraged by world renowned American architect Joseph Allen Stein in 1983.
He has been consistently providing innovative solutions in the field of architecture, design and construction in the country over the years.
Under his leadership and guidance, SVB has grown from strength to strength.
Avnish Kumar
Managing Director
Mr. Avnish Kumar is a builder who has an experience of over 30 years of undertaking construction of all kinds and types all over the country. He has successfully constructed residential, commercial, institutional, governmental and religious buildings.
Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Railway Station was constructed by him and it remains one of his most prized projects among countless others.

Chirag Verma
Director
Mr. Chirag Verma is the Director of the company and oversees its operations. He is a Civil Engineer by profession who has completed his graduation in 2016. He oversees numerous heads and subheads, from Construction and Procurement to Sales within the company, and ensures their coordination. His ability to process information, see developing trends, and formulate strategies ensures that SVB remains at the forefront of the business landscape in a fast-changing world.
Yatin Tanwar
Principal Architect
Mr. Yatin Tanwar is a passionate and driven architect who completed his graduation from Chitkara University, Chandigarh in the year 2012. He is company’s Lead Architect and believes in providing sound, sustainable design that meets the highest of standards. His pursuit for achieving excellence in design is relentless and satiates only when the best than can be offered is delivered.
Viren Tanwar
Sales, Marketing & CRM
Mr. Viren Tanwar is the sales and marketing head, he has completed his graduation in Business Administration from IP University. Mr. Viren Tanwar has past experience in ICICI Bank of managing customer service, sales and marketing. His customer centric approach ensures development of healthy relationship with clients.
